Horror Comedies used to be a guarantee success rate in Telugu Film Industry during certain time period. Especially films like Prema Katha Chitram, Chandrakala, Geethanjali gave a successive talk to the producers and equally audience got impressed with the movies.
These movies have always received appreciation from Television as the movies reached to the wider audience. Prema Katha Chitram and Chandrakala movies went onto release sequels after the first installment made a huge success theatrically.
Geethanjali featuring Anjali in the female lead who also had dual role in the film was also received well with the audience. Now the makers have announced sequel for the same film tentatively titled Geethanjali Malli Vachindi featuring Anjali, comedian Srinivas Reddy in the lead roles.
This sequel is officially launched in Hyderabad. This film will mark as Anjali’s 50th film in the Cinema World. GV helmed this film also stars Satyam Rajesh, Shakalaka Shankar in pivotal roles. MVV Satyanarayana under MVV Cinemas produces this film while Kona Venkat presents the film. The film is expected to commence its shoot soon after this month.
