Bollywood Actress Juhi Chawla, who is close friends with Shah Rukh Khan, provided a Rs 1 lakh bond at Mumbai’s sessions court as a surety for the actor’s son Aryan Khan, who was later found not guilty in a drug case. The actress revealed the same to a news portal, saying they were unaware of its impending arrival. When everything was said and done, though, she felt that being there for him as a friend was the appropriate thing to do, so she offered her assistance whenever she could.
SRK and Juhi have been friends for a very long time, however, Juhi admitted that they don’t often get together. The actress revealed that her husband Jay Mehta communicates with him more frequently than she does. Juhi said that despite this, they do stay in touch. Recently, the title track from “Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani” was played at Eden Gardens during a recent cricket match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Both SRK and Juhi, who acted in the movie, had a lot of fond memories associated with it. On discussing the same, Juhi recalls telling Shah Rukh that she had no idea that this song would be performed at such an important event at a renowned stadium 23 years after its debut!
