Finally, the much anticipated Hollywood reunion is happening. The Devil Wears Prada’s cast Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, and Emily Blunt will present at the 30th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony on Saturday.
The reunion comes 18 years after the trio appeared in 2006’s The Devil Wears Prada film. Streep was nominated for both a SAG Award and an Oscar in 2007 for her portrayal of Runway magazine editor Miranda Priestly.
Emily Blunt has been nominated for excellent performance by a female actor in a supporting role, as well as outstanding performance by a cast in a motion film, for Oppenheimer. Meryl Streep’s Only Murders in the Building has been nominated for finest ensemble performance in a comedy series. In addition, Idris Elba will introduce the ceremony, and Jennifer Aniston will present Barbra Streisand with the SAG Life Achievement Award.
