Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt who got a prominent place in South India with his popular films like KGF, has finally made his debut in Kollywood. Today’s makers took to social media and announced that Dutt had joined the cast of Thalapathy Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s next. Thalapathy 67 (tentative title) is an upcoming gangster action drama starring Vijay in the lead, and 7 Screen Studios, producing the movie, has officially confirmed Dutt’s presence.
“When I heard the film’s one-liner, I knew exactly at the moment that I had to be a part of it,” says Sanjay Dutt.
Meanwhile, Lokesh Kanagaraj has started shooting the film Chennai, and the team will travel to Kashmir in the first week of February for a long schedule of around 60 days. He shot some portions in Kodaikanal with director-actor Mysskin, as Mysskin did not have dates to travel to Kashmir. It is heard that Vijay will be seen with Sanjay Dutt and the other cast members in Kashmir.
