Tollywood’s first superhero film, HanuMan directed by Prasanth Varma starring Teja Sajja, has hit theatres today with positive reviews and has a good buzz among Telugu audiences due to its mythological connection. To cash in on the opportunity to spread the word of mouth, Hanuman makers have planned paid previews across the country.
Indeed, it is a terrific start at the box office. The makers of Hanuman are expecting a 3CR Gross range start in Nizam, and a 6CR Gross is being expected all over India, which is a sensational start for the film.
The superhero film is said to have an estimated budget of Rs 60 crore, including Rs 5 crore for publicity costs. The film’s booking collections grossed more than Rs 2.5 crore. The film’s worldwide theatrical rights have been locked at approximately Rs 27 crore. The film has already collected Rs 29.5 crore from booking and theatrical rights and needs to collect Rs 30.5 crore to achieve the breakeven target.
Despite having tough competition from Guntur Karam and Merry Christmas, the film is getting positive reviews from critics and great responses from the audience, so it is estimated that the film’s occupancy will increase in the coming days, eventually increasing the box office collections.
