Stranger Things, one of the world’s most popular television shows, is gearing up for its last season. Even though filming for the series was supposed to begin soon, there are various suspicions that fans will have to wait even longer to watch the thrilling finish.
Stranger Things’ ending has apparently been postponed owing to a Hollywood strike. Stranger Things Season 5 co-creators and co-showrunners Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer addressed fans on social media throughout the ongoing Writers Guild of America strike.
“Duffers here,” the developers announced on their official Twitter account, “stranger writers.” When the filming begins, the writing does not stop. While we are excited to begin filming with our fantastic cast and crew, we are unable to do so due to the strike. We hope that a fair arrangement can be reached swiftly so that we can all return to work. Until then, it’s over and out. #wgastrong.
