After Sarkaru Vaari Paata, took a long gap, superstar Mahesh Babu is gearing up for his next film SSMB 28 with director Trivikram Srinivas. The two are collaborating on a film after 12 years and fans are eagerly waiting for it with high expectations.
The duo has Athadu and Khaleja in the past and the combination holds a special place in the hearts of Tollywood fans. This is why the entire unit is taking extra care of ensuring all the elements of the film come up with top-notch quality. However, fans are excited to have at least a title update of the film soon.
There are speculations a few days that the film will reveal the first look and title on Ugadi, but the movie team has officially announced that the film’s title and first look poster will not be released on Ugadi but hinted that they will be released on Sri Rama Navami, which falls on March 30, 2023. Movie makers took to their Twitter and wrote, “Hey Superfans, we share your anticipation & excitement for #SSMB28! The wait for the Superstar’s Mass feast will be well worth it, we promise. Keep an eye out for the announcement at the perfect time🏹🔥”.
The emoji at the end of the tweet clearly marked that it was on Sree Rama Navami and not on Ugadi.
Trivikram Srinivas’ film SSMB 28 will bring together Mahesh Babu back with Pooja Hegde who was last seen in the 2019 romantic action film Maharshi. Sreeleela is playing the other lead actress role. S Radhakrishna (China Babu) bankrolled SSMB28 under his production house Haarika & Hassine Creations. SS Thaman will compose the music for this film while Navin Nooli will handle the editing duties.
