MADE IN INDIA…
Global director SS Rajamouli after enthralling audiences with larger-than-life movies like the Bahubali franchise and RRR is now all set to present another epic film. The director on September 19 shared the teaser of his upcoming venture Made In India.
Made In India is produced by SS Rajamouli banner with his son SS Karthikeya as producer along with Varun Gupta. Announcing the film, the Director wrote, “When I first heard the narration, it moved me emotionally like nothing else. Making a biopic is tough in itself, but conceiving one about the FATHER OF INDIAN CINEMA is even more challenging. Our boys are ready and up for it With immense pride, Presenting MADE IN INDIA”.
The film which narrates the story of the birth and rise of Indian Cinema is directed by National Award Winning director Nitin Kakkar. Varun Gupta who has been associated with films for many years is now venturing his first production with this cinema.
According to the director’s close sources, Made In India is a film that promises to be a magnum opus on a huge scale and canvas but as the director has no plans of directing a movie right now, Nitin Kakkar who is known for his films like Filmistaan, Mitron is directing the film.
When I first heard the narration, it moved me emotionally like nothing else.
Making a biopic is tough in itself, but conceiving one about the FATHER OF INDIAN CINEMA is even more challenging. Our boys are ready and up for it..:)
