Shruthi Hassan is an Indian actress and playback singer. She is the daughter of actor Kamal Hassan. She started her career with the Bollywood movie Luck opposite Imran Hashmi in the year 2009. In the same year, she also made her debut as a music director for the movie Unnaipol Oruvan.
Shruthi Hassan started with Anaganaga O Dheerudu in 2011 co-starring Siddarth, continued to act in several projects and bagged good hits in her career. She took a break from her acting career in the year 2017 and focused on her career in music. Shruthi Hassan gave a comeback after a long gap with Ravi Teja’s Blockbuster Krack, directed by Gopichand Mallineni.
Her previous movie with Pawan Kalyan did not receive a good response at the box office. But this Sankaranthi Shruthi Hassan acted in two major blockbusters Waltair Veerayya and Veersimha Reddy and bagged up back-to-back blockbusters.
Shruthi Hassan’s next project is Salaar with Prabhas as the main lead and directed by Prashant Neel. With this gangster drama film, Shruti Hassan is most likely to hit a hattrick of blockbusters at the box office. Salaar is most likely to hit the theaters by this September.
