Actor Pawan Kalyan and director Harish Shankar’s new Telugu film Ustaad Bhagat Singh was formally launched in Hyderabad on December 11, in the presence of the film’s cast and crew and other dignitaries from the industry. Preceding the film’s launch, the makers unveiled a poster featuring Pawan Kalyan on a high-end bike, sporting an off-white overcoat and holding a cup of tea.
Since then expectations of the film were high and people are interested to know who is going to play the female lead in the film. As per the reports, likely latest sensation Sreeleela is under consideration as a lead in Ustaad Bhagat Singh and the film will likely go to sets in March last week. Last seen in Dhmaka, Sreeleela is currently busy with SSMB28. She is also currently shooting for Nandamuri Balakrishna and Anil Ravipudi’s film and will soon join the sets of Ram Pothineni and Boyapati Sreenu’s film as well.
She has been shooting for Panja Vaisshnav Teja’s film for a long time now. She also has actor Nithiin’s yet-to-be-titled film to start its shoot.
Coming to Ustaad Bhagat Singh, produced by Y Ravi Shankar and Naveen Yerneni of Mythri Movie Makers, the actor and director are coming together a decade after their blockbuster film Gabbar Singh, which was an adaptation of Salman Khan-starrer Dabangg. Stunt director duo Ram-Lakshman choreographs the action sequences. The film is set to go on floors soon. Other details regarding the cast and crew will be announced shortly.
