Song Joong Ki, Hopeless
Song Joong Ki and his wife Katie Louise Saunders welcomed their baby boy earlier this year. The actor recently, during his upcoming film Hopeless’s interview, stated, that he always wanted to work on dark characters and as he was offered, the script of Hopeless, he soon agreed to play the part.
The actress also happens to express how much he loves his baby boy and he also suggests he wasn’t concerned about being a part of the dark and gore film, the Vincenzo actor expresses he wants his son to watch the film after he grows up and desires his son to feel proud as Song worked on movies of the kind.
The film Hopeless as the title suggests revolves around characters who are hopeless and strive to escape a life similar to that of hell. The film revolves around Yeon Gyu and Chi Geon. While Yeongyu wants nothing more than a normal life with his mother, he resolutes that, the idea can be attained only when he leaves his town, where violence is prevalent at the most. He seeks a favour hoping Chi Geon’s tables turn for either of them at its worst. Hopeless is a dark and gore film that is set to hit the theatres on October 11th, 2023.
