Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon were seen for the first time together on the sets of a rom-com Robot film. Amit Joshi is going to debut as the director for this film. The producers of this film are Dinesh Vijan. This film is said to be a romantic mix of comedy elements. Although the film went on hold due to over budget, it is now back on track.
Reports claim that the film went on hold due to Shahid’s Fee as he demanded 30 Crores from this movie but later took a decrease till 14 Crores. An insider said “The budget of this robot film actually increased due to Shahid’s fees. Shahid demanded a fee of Rs 30 crore. However, now he has reduced his fee to Rs 14 crore. This way the film budget is now under control.” Shahid agreed on 14 Crores but also stated that he will share the profits of the movie if it collects a certain amount in Box Office. So the final work of this film has started.
The movie’s story holds that Shahid will be a robot expert while Kriti Sanon will be a Robot. The movie will put an image of Indian Culture and tradition. This movie will be about A man’s love for a machine.
