Sara Ali Khan made everyone skip a heart beat by wearing this at the Cannes

The latest outfit worn by Sara Ali Khan at the Cannes Film Festival was unveiled. Fans claim that the white saree she was wearing was reminiscent of her grandmother Sharmila Tagore.

Sara Ali Khan debuted her third Cannes Film Festival dress in less than a day. At the French event on Wednesday, the actress was dressed in a white Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla saree. She has never been to the French Riviera before. Although she received mixed reviews for her first two appearances at Cannes, people praised her white saree choice once she posted photos of it to Instagram. Some admirers even compared the actor to Sharmila Tagore, a famous performer noted for her royal appearances in Indian attire.

The star captioned her most recent Instagram posts of the Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla white saree with, “I guess you Cannes do it again.” Sara posed for a few pictures while perched on a staircase to show off the saree’s lengthy drape. In other photos, she was wearing a matching necklace and a black and white sequined halter top. Her hair was styled in a sophisticated bun.
Fans commented on how stunning Sara’s most recent appearance was in the comments section. Of course, they also noted how similar she was to her grandmother. A supporter remarked, “That Sharmila Tagore hair.” Another person said, “Your grandma #sharmilatagore ji’s replica in your first picture with her 60s-70s look is breathtaking.” One more person commented, “Sara and white what a combination.”

On Tuesday, Sara wore an ivory lehenga, a blouse to match, and a long, trailing dupatta as she walked the red carpet. On the red carpet, she stood for the cameras of the globe while performing her signature namaste. The star was then seen arriving at a Cannes party wearing a strapless black dress with gold accents. At the party, she was spotted chatting with supermodel Naomi Campbell.
