Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal is one of the most anticipated films this year. The trailer released last week also shattered records of a number of views surpassing Jawan’s Prevue. The trailer left the audience excited about the movie. The director of the film, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, talked about the making of the film and Ranbir Kapoor in an interview.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga shared that he felt like touching Ranbir’s feet and taking his blessings when performing, as he never saw any other actor with so much patience. Sandeep Reddy also talked about the influences on his writing and the impact of good cinema, sharing his journey as a filmmaker.
Animal featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor is slated to release on December 1. The film received an A certificate with a 3-hour 49-minute runtime. Talking about the length, both the actor and director said It’ll be entertaining and didn’t really take a long length arrogantly, but the work will be seen on screen.
Animal will clash with Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur, directed by Meghna Gulzar, at theatres. Sam Bahadur is the biopic of India’s first-ever Field Marshall Sam Manekshaw.
