Samantha Gets Emotional In Shaakuntalam Trailer Launch

Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who put an end to widespread speculation about her shooting schedules last week by sharing a lot of things on social media, finally appeared today at a Shaakuntalam trailer launch event in a new style. This is Samantha’s second film after the myositis diagnosis. Actually, Samantha came out for Shaakuntalam even though she was suffering from myositis. Samantha, on the other hand, was nervous and emotional, and she was moved to tears for a while.

While director Guna Shekhar was talking, Samantha burst into tears. Samantha said that the reason she came out like this was her love and admiration for Guna Shekhar. “I have gathered all my strength,” Samantha said. “For some people, cinema is only a part of life… But for Guna Shekhar, it is the world. The response for Sakunthalam was more than I expected. The film turned out well.
Dil Raju stood by us, believing in the Shaakuntalam movie, without setting any limits. I will talk about everyone in the pre-release event. “Thanks to Guna Shekhar, who gave me the role of Shaakuntalam, a great poem written by Kalidasa,” she added.

Talking about her personal life, she added, “No matter how many hardships I have faced in life, one thing has not changed.” That is my love for cinemas. I believe that this love will increase with the movie  “Shakuntalam.” Samantha Ruth Prabhu is introduced as the apsara-like Shakuntala in the film. It also features Dev Mohan, Allu Arha, Sachin Khedekar, and Kabir Bedi, and will release on February 27 in cinemas. Besides Samantha, the film also features Dev Mohan, Allu Arha, Sachin Khedekar, Kabir Bedi, Dr.M. Mohan Babu, Prakash Raj, Madhubala, Gautami, Aditi Balan, Ananya Nagalla, Jisshu Sengupta, and others.
