Rebel star Prabhas’ most anticipated film, “Salaar,” is releasing worldwide on December 22. India-wide expectations are high for this movie. As the film is being directed by KGF director Prashant Neel, expectations for this film have peaked. Apart from the first glimpse of this movie, a video or song has yet to be released. The film trailer was released yesterday, and the hype for the film has skyrocketed.
Some stills from the film shooting were leaked, proving that Salaar is lined up with the KGF, as the shooting sets were similar to the KGF sets. But whenever the stills of the movie leaked that Salaar linked the film to KGF, that this movie is one of Prashant Neel’s cinematic universes, and that Salaar was related to KGF, these topics used to trend. Moreover, the trailer for the movie also gave me such a feeling.
But after the release of the latest trailer, it must be said that there has been clarity about the film. When the trailer for Salaar was recently released, the audience understood the storyline of Salaar in that trailer, and they got clarity on another matter. Salaar also has KGF villain (Garuda) Ramachandra Raju. He dies in KGF. But Salasr may not have much of a link with KGF, as the return of the dead is almost impossible.
But in Salaar, most sets related to the KGF movie were used. It is clear. But since the makers of both films are the same, it is probably used to control the budget. And 90 percent of the clarification that Prashant Neel’s cinematic universe exists means it is outside the trailer. Salaar’s release may bring total clarity on this matter.
