Rishab Shetty’s ‘Kantara’ has become one of the major blockbusters of 2022. The film told a heavenly and emotional story from India’s southern coastline region, touching millions of hearts. The makers have now disclosed not only the title of the film’s prequel but also the release date of the first look poster.
The makers of ‘Kantara‘ piqued the fans’ interest when they unveiled the prequel. They have now disclosed the film’s title, as well as the date and hour when the first look poster will be released. The film is titled ‘Kantara Chapter 1’.
Filming began in November 2023, with the picture scheduled for release in late 2024. A massive set is being built for the film, which will feature actor-director Rishab Shetty, producer Vijay Kiragandur, and the rest of the cast and crew. Following the muhurta pooja, the filmmakers will begin principal photography on the film in December, and the rest of the cast will be announced in due course. However, the film’s premiere date has been pushed back to 2025 for Pongal.
