Vin Diesel has been dropping hints about the expanding Fast and Furious Franchise ever since the promotions for Fast X began. The actor recently revealed that the finale for the series would be a trilogy, hinting at 2 more parts.
In his interaction with media at the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project (CTAOP) block party, the actor revealed that Fast and Furious spin-offs are in the works. According to the star, one of the spin-offs would be female centric.
”I started developing the female-led spin-off in the Fast and Furious franchise in 2017, along with the other spin-offs. And the sooner I deliver the Fast and Furious finale, the sooner I can launch all the spin-offs” the actor added.
Though it looks like one of the most important women of the Fast Saga, Michelle Rodriguez isn’t very keen on joining the spin-off. She stated, “You pass the baton on. You take the back seat. You go passenger side. When it comes to the next generation, you have to. It’s the only way to let them define the future.”
