Ranveer Singh is the reigning superstar of this generation’s Bollywood. The Star’s versatility can be seen through the different roles he has essayed. Bajirao Mastani, Padmavathi, Simmba, 83 etc show how talented the actor is. Even though Ranveer’s last movie 83 wasn’t a blockbuster, Ranveer is riding his luck and talent yet. His shoot diary is busy with movies like Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Cirkus, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Other than these, he is committed to a movie with Shankar Shanmugam too.
Currently, Ranveer is parallelly enjoying his married life and successful film career. While his relationship with his wife Deepika Padukone seems to be going great, he is investing in real estate too. The Simmba star now bought a four-floor quadruplex flat in one of the costliest areas in Mumbai. In the posh area of Bandra’s bandstation in Mumbai, he said to have bought floors 16,17,18,19 in the Sagar Resham tower with a whopping price of Rs 119 Crores. The beach and Sea view is stunning from this tower, they say. As per the deal, the actor will be owning a 19-car parking space and a wide-open terrace. It’s interesting to know that just the stamp duty of the deal stands at 7.13 Crores! The megastars of Bollywood like Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan are very close neighbours to this building. Ranveer already has flats on his name in three or four premium locations in Mumbai. Not a bad way to invest your hard-earned bucks.. eh?
