Randeep Hooda on Rakshabandhan
Randeep Hooda, the underrated yet precious gem of Bollywood is seen smiling like a little boy who got his first ever playstation in his latest post this Rakshabandhan. Anjali Hooda, his sister is also spotted beside him smiling equally as brightly, tying a Rakhi around his wrist. Here’s what the photo looks like:

Randeep Hooda, the legendary actor was starred in and as Sarbjit in the movie back in 2016. It was based on real-life incident where a man named Sarbjit accidentally crossed the border and reached Pakistan, back when the division was not at solidified. Consequently, he fell prey to the monstrosity of the Pakistanis despite no fault of his. His entire family tried bailing him from the bars but he landed dead in his family’s embrace.
During the shoot, Dalbir Kaur, Sarbjit’s off-screen sister, became extremely close to Randeep and created an unmatchable bond. Randeep, too, felt the pull and promised her to remain with her throughout her life as her brother, since she felt left out about it with her biological brother. On June 28, 2022, on Dalbir Kaur’s demise, he dutifully completed the last rites and bid her a respectful farewell. And today, on Rakshabandhan after a year, he hasn’t forgotten her and never will.
Anjali Hooda, Randeep’s biological sister is a doctor and professor by profession who had once been a national level swimmer.
