Rana Daggubati who is busy supporting Project K in San Diego Comic-Con has his own film plans. The actor has announced his upcoming featuring venture. The Bahubali star is all set to launch a new slate under his Spirit Media production house.
The actor has partnered with Sophia Paul’s weekend blockbusters, producers of the Minnal Murali superhero films. This Malayalam star new comic character will be a venture between these two companies and will be published in the Indian Comic magazine Tinkle.
Rana Daggubati’s new film Hiranyakashyap is inspired by Amar Chitra Katha’s comics of the mythological character Hiranyakashyap, a powerful demon who planned to avenge by destroying lord Indira’s kingdom and annihilate the faith of Lord Vishnu followers.
The actor talks about the film and said, he’s thrilled to make the first appearance at Comic-Con and captivate the audiences worldwide by bringing them stories that transcend boundaries. Trivikram Srinivas will be doing the screenplay for this project while director Teja helmed the film. Initially, it was Gunashekar’s project but in the end, Teja handled it.
