Megapower Star Ram Charan Tej has an unwanted track record in his career. After every sensational hit, he has an equal kind of a flop. So far, his career has been a great leveler to him. If observed carefully, Charan scored an industry hit with Magadheera and then scored a bomb in the name of Orange. It even left the producer Nagababu in a lot of debt. Again, Cherry got a resounding success with Sukumar’s movie Rangasthalam. It was followed by a disaster called Vinaya Vidheya Rama in Boyapati’s direction. Following that trend, as the Rajamouli’s RRR was a worldwide blockbuster, Ramcharan’s next Acharya which has Megastar in the Titular role miserably bombed at the box office.
As the fans ponder over why is this happening to their favorite actor, film pundits say that this is not something to be worried about. The main reason behind this is that for Charan, there is no in-between. When his films are hit, they become sensational hits and if they are a flop, in general, they become disasters. When a good film of his was released, people carry those expectations to the next film as well. The same is the case with SS Rajamouli too. The heroes in his film will be so deeply etched in the audiences’ minds that, every actor who worked with SSR has got a flop in his next movie. As of now, Megafans must be happy the regulation disaster is out of the way in the form of Acharya and Charan can score another superhit.
Cherry right now is busy with ace director Shankar’s RC 15. It has Kiara Advani romancing Ram Charan and SS Thaman is providing the tunes. After that, there are reports surfacing that he will be seen in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film. It’s also said that talks are going on for a movie with Lingusamy too. Fans have to wait and see for the official announcements.
