Lal Salaam is a Tamil language sports drama film written and directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, an Indian film director and superstar Rajinikanth’s daughter. Lal Salaam marks her second directorial movie.
It is reported that Aishwarya Rajinikanth is gearing up for her next release produced by Lyca Productions. Lal Salaam is expected to be released by Pongal next year in Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada. The film has completed its shoot and is now currently in post-production. Recently, it was announced that the film’s grand release distribution throughout Tamil Nadu will be fulfilled by actor-politician Udhayanidhi Stalin’s production company Red Giant Movies. The company has previously distributed many box-office hits like Thalapathy Vijay’s Beast and Varisu, Kamal Haasan’s Vikram, Ajith Kumar’s Thunivu, Mani Ratnam magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan: I and Ponniyin Selvan: II, even recently Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan in Tamil Nadu as well.
Lal Salaam is expected to be released by Pongal next year in Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada. Atharva is leading the film while Rajinikanth will play a vital cameo. Oscar-winning music director A.R. Rahman is composing the background score for the film.
