Pushpa’s Pause: Allu Arjun’s Health Becomes The Focus

Allu Arjuns Pushpa 2: The Rule, directed by Sukumar, is one of India’s biggest upcoming movies, which created a lot of buzz in the public with its prequel Pushpa: The Rise. Pushpa Part 1 was an all-Indian blockbuster hit; Telugu audiences and people from all over the country tripped on Pushpa songs and powerful dialogues. Even the most prominent celebrities couldn’t resist tapping their toes to the film’s beats. The cameras are rolling, and shooting began for the most-awaited sequel, Pushpa 2: The Rule, which recently went on the floor to shoot the movie’s highlight jathara scene. However, the shoot was abruptly postponed due to Allu Arjun’s health.

Allu Arjun’s team has confirmed that the shoot was postponed to the second week of December. The source said, “Allu Arjun was in the jatara get-up to shoot for a song and a fight sequence. However, the costume and the vigorous scenes gave him severe back pain. Bunny was game to continue shooting despite it, but Sukumar decided to take a break instead of affecting his health further,” they added. “Shooting will pick up again once he recuperates.”

Allu Arjun‘s Pushpa 2: The Rule features many prominent actors, such as Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Sunil, and many others. The film is most likely to be released on August 15, 2024. After Pushpa 2, the talks are that Arjun might team up with director Atlee for a movie under Anirudh’s musical.
