The much-awaited crazy Pan India entertainer ‘Liger’ (Saala Crossbreed) starring Vijay Deverakonda will be out on August 25th in theatres. As the release date is nearing, the makers have decided to hold an event in Warangal promoting the film.
In these promotions, director Puri Jagganath made some interesting comments while thanking the cast and crew.
Initially Puri thanked Vijay Devarakonda and he praised him by saying that he is one of the rarest heroes in Tollywood who had given back his remuneration while he had heard producers are in trouble. He also said that when he is facing back to back flops, his wife suggested him to watch the Arjun Reddy film. And that’s the time when he saw Vijay for the first time and raised the hopes to do a film with him.
Later, interestingly talking about the actress Charmi Kaur, the director said she is one who is back on the film’s cool journey. “She never brings any troubles to my notice. She herself handles them. She even cried a lot of times. Because there will be a lot of issues surrounding producers. But she tackled all of them. I love you Charmee” the director added. After this words from Puri, Charmee is seen giving water to Puri which made the audience around them shout loudly.
For the unversed, Puri and Charmi, one of the Producer’s of Liger, is said to be in a rumoured relationship from many days.
