Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s latest film Shaakuntalam is all set for release this month. Meanwhile, the actress grabbed headlines after she shared her first look from the Indian instalment of Citadel which Raj and DK will direct. The spy-universe franchise that is already underworked in Hollywood and is being helmed by the Russo Brothers will consist of several spin-offs based in different countries.
This series will feature Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu along with Priyanka Chopra. On Wednesday, Priyanka Chopra interestingly took to her Instagram stories to share Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s first look from Citadel. She also penned, “So excited about the world of Citadel expanding. Cannot wait to share it with u all.” This post from Priyanka for Samantha is catching everyone’s attention.
In the picture, Samantha is seen wearing a brown leather jacket, black trousers, and aviator sunglasses. Meanwhile, sharing the same picture of her, Samantha wrote, “The mission is on… we have started rolling for the Indian instalment of Citadel.”
