Citadel is a web series starring Hollywood actor Richard Madden and Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra. The release date of this series has been finalized recently. The OTT will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video from April 28. It has been revealed that the series will be streaming in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages. Also, the Telugu trailer of this series has been released. This trailer is getting a good response.
The trailer begins with two agents who have forgotten their past meeting each other. This trailer is interesting as some people suddenly attack them and they remember each other. Later it will be revealed that both of them work for a private Spy company. The story of the series was not released at all in this trailer. The trailer is filled with superb action sequences in the snow and on the train.
The first two episodes of ‘Citadel’ will be streamed on April 28. Later, it will be streamed on a weekly basis till May 26. Spin-offs of this series are also being made in different countries. Raj and DK are directing the Indian version of ‘Citadel’. Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu are playing the lead roles. The shooting for this also started recently. The Indian version of ‘Citadel’ is likely to be released in 2024. Work on ‘Citadel’ versions is also underway in Italy, Spain and Mexico.
