Prashanth Neel has emerged as one of the most celebrated directors in the Indian film industry over the last four years. The acclaimed filmmaker, who collaborated with Yash on two memorable commercial films, KGF: Chapter 1 and KGF: Chapter 2, is now gearing up for the release of Prabhas-led Salaar. Prashanth is devoting all of his time and energy to Salaar’s post-production, and he plans to release it on December 22, 2023.
With less than four weeks until the film’s release, Prashanth Neel spoke with Pinkvilla exclusively. “Salaar is a story of two friends who become the biggest enemies,” Prashanth says of his gangster-based action drama. Salaar’s primary emotion is friendship. Salaar only tells half the story: Part One: Put a Stop to It. Over the course of two films, we will follow the journey of two friends.
The Salaar Trailer, which will be released on December 1st, will give the audience a glimpse of the world that we have created.
