Prabhas badly needs a commercial success, and his last two films, Saaho and Radhe Shyam, were disasters in terms of box office returns. He will next be seen in Adipurush and Salaar.
Coming to the point, Prabhas promises a mass feast with Salaar, which is directed by KGF 2 fame Prashanth Neel.
However, Salaar is slowly but surely starting to worry Prabhas’s fans, and there is a solid reason behind the same.
Prashanth Neel sticks to the dark tone, a violent action theme even for Salaar. He used the same template for both KGF and KGF 2, and he appears to have made slight cosmetic changes to Salaar and presented it.
The dark tone and extreme action are that the audience can grow bored with the same rather quickly. KGF 2 has already left a few action lovers exhausted. If Prashanth makes Salaar an identical replica of KGF 2, things could go Sout rather quickly.
The onus is on Prashanth Neel to make at least a few noticeable changes to his narrative.
