Film director Venkat Prabhu is making a movie Akkineni Naga Chaitanya as hero. Already, the first schedule of the movie completed at Ramoji Film City.
Later for next schedule, the team went to Karnataka for shooting. However, the permissions were canceled by the Mandya district administration of Karnataka state. Locals expressed their anger over the filming of a wine shop set near Melukota, where bottles of different brands of wine were kept. It seems that a complaint was lodged at the police station of the local Kannada Sangha saying that the film unit had violated the rules of the film unit while the permission was given for filming with conditions.
Kriti Shetty is again pairing up with Naga Chaitanya after Bangaraju film. acting opposite Naga Chaitanya in this film. Srinivasa Chitturi is bankrolloing the film under Srinivasa Silver Screen banner. Ilayaraja and Yuvan Shankar Raja are jointly composing the music for this film.
