Pawan Kalyan says there’s no ‘nepotism’ in Telugu Cinema

Pawan Kalyan, the flag bearer of Telugu Cinema nationally is going to be adding magic to his upcoming movie BRO beside Sai Dharam Tej. Now, we all know that Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, and Sai Dharam Tej are related. But when asked about nepotism, Pawan Kalyan has smoothly denied its existence in Telugu Cinema. It’s noteworthy that this is not the first time he’s given his two cents about nepotism. Some videos date back 3 years from the present.

Promoting his movie BRO, he again used the stage to talk about nepotism and strongly supported his statement using examples of his brother Chiranjeevi. He mentioned that his wife Surekha is the reason he’s standing in front of millions today, whereas initially he entered the industry with no star connections. He gave examples of other people too like ANR, NTR, and Krishna. However, the netizens and commenters on social media have something different to say.

They’re calling Pawan Kalyan out for conveniently forgetting Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan who gained all the fame on his father’s spine. Fans are also pointing out that he himself is Chiranjeevi’s brother and has somewhere become popular because of this relation. Hence, he and Ram Charan are the clearest example of nepotism that he is very conveniently dodging, says the audience.

Not just that, people are also pointing out Anand and Vaishnavi Chaitanya’s Baby, stating it’s a boring film but became famous Anand is Vijay Deverakonda’s brother. Without that, people wouldn’t even bat an eye to his movie since it lacks quality and stands nowhere in comparison to other great movies in Tollywood.
