Pathaan Surpasses Baahubali 2

Shah Rukh Khan’s latest action drama ‘Pathaan‘ has broken all the records of Indian films in the Hindi belt. It has become the highest grossing Hindi film of all time surpassing the highest grosser film ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ (Hindi version).

Directed by Siddharth Anand, ‘Pathaan’ has earned approximately Rs 528.29 crore in India (including all versions) in 36 days. But if we talk about the Hindi version only, then its collection has been around Rs 510.65 crore.

It is expected that on the 37th day i.e. Friday (March 3), this film can earn around Rs 70 lakhs. Accordingly, the total collection of John Abraham and Deepika Padukone starrer with Shah Rukh is crossing Rs 511 crore, which is more than ‘Bahubali 2’.

The Hindi version of Prabhas and Rana Daggubati starrer ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ collected around Rs 510.99 crore at the box office. This Telugu film, directed by SS Rajamouli, was released on 28 April 2017.

The Hindi version of Yash starrer ‘KGF Chapter 2’ is in third place in this list. This Kannada film collected around Rs 434.70 crore in the Hindi belt. The film, released on 14 April 2022, was directed by Prashant Neel.

Aamir Khan starrer Dangal, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, at number four, collected around Rs 387.38 crore at the box office. This film was released on 23 December 2016.

At number five on the list is the Ranbir Kapoor starrer film ‘Sanju’, directed by Rajkumar Hirani. Released on 29 June 2018, the film collected around Rs 342.53 crore at the box office.
