Pankaj Tripathi the name no needs special intro, his next film is going to be a biographical drama on the life of former Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Pankaj Tripathi got nation wide recognition and fame through Ott series only rather than acting in movies in mutliple languages.
The titled for this biopic referred to as ‘Atal’ is helmed by national award winning filmmaker Ravi Jadhav who delivered ‘Natarang’, ‘Timepass’, ‘Nude’.
The biopic ‘Atal’ will carry on the patriotic theme through one of Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s iconic lines “Main Rahun Ya Na Rahun, Ye Desh Rehna Chahiye” (in english, “I am there or not, this nation should be there”). According to the director Ravi Jadhav, the film will bring to screen the story of a visionary, an exemplary leader and a humane politician.
The life events of Atal Bihari Vajpayee is penned by Utkarsh Naithani. Atal will be produced by Vinod Bhanushali, Sandeep Singh, Sam Khan and Kamlesh Bhanushali in association with 70MM Talkies and is co-produced by Zeeshan Ahmed and Shivv Sharma and will begin filming soon.
