Alia Bhatt is busy with a couple of projects in Hindi and is preparing herself for a joyful ride of motherhood. Meanwhile, her upcoming project Darlings is gearing up for a release on the Netflix platform, and the makers officially confirmed the same a while ago on social media.
The Netflix platform confirmed the same, “Kya ek meindak aur bichhoo dost ho sakte hain? Darlings, watch on August 5, only on Netflix.”
Jasmeet K Reen is the project’s director and billed to be a dark comedy. The same teaser is currently out on social media, and the release is on August 5, 2022.
Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma, Roshan Mathew, and others will appear in key roles in the film. Alia Bhatt, Gauri Khan, and Gaurav Verma are producing this under Red Chillies Entertainment and Eternal Sunshine Production.
