Adipurush, one of the most awaited films of the Indian film industry, is all set to release on June 16, 2023. Directed by Om Raut and produced by a team of experienced producers including Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair, the film stars Prabhas in the lead role, along with Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh, and others.
With the release date now officially announced, fans and movie-goers are eagerly anticipating the film’s arrival. The film’s storyline, which is based on the Hindu epic Ramayana, has already generated a lot of buzz, and the audience is eager to see Prabhas portray the character of Lord Ram.
Prabhas’ previous films, including the Baahubali franchise, have performed exceptionally well at the box office, and given the high expectations and anticipation surrounding Adipurush, it is likely to perform well too.
The other side of the coin is after the Baahubali franchise, the films bombed at the box office with lack of story line and also audience are expecting more than others from Prabhas.
Despite the lack of promotions for the film thus far, it is common for filmmakers to delay or limit promotions due to various reasons, such as post-production and VFX works.
It is expected that the promotional campaign for the film will soon kick off, and fans can expect to see more of the film in the coming months.
While it is difficult to predict with certainty whether it will enter the 1000 crore club, the audience response and the film’s performance at the box office will ultimately determine its success.
