Young hero Nikhil who recently scored a big blockbuster with ‘Karthikeya 2’ is all set to come up with his upcoming movie ‘Spy’. Touted to be a mystery thriller, so many rumors about the movie are currently doing rounds on the internet.
According to the buzz, the movie is going to be a biopic on freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose and the plot deals with the mysterious death of him. Directed by Garry BH, Nikhil is playing the role of a RAW agent for the first time in his career in this film. The movie is gearing up for a grand release on June 29th and the movie unit is currently busy with promotional events.
Recently, while talking in a promotional interview, Nikhil clarified the rumors. He said that the movie is not a biopic on Netaji. “We have seen so many biopic movies on Subhash Chandra Bose and some are also based on specific events in his life. But SPY is not a biopic. It is different from all of them,” said Nikhil.
He added that there is an underlying message about Netaji in the film and it showcases something we have never seen before. Apparently, the team has done wide research for the script and also met several historians as well as retired raw agents and completed the script that focuses on many grey areas.
