It looks like the stage is set for another actor from the Nandamuri family as NBK confirmed that he will not just launch his son Nandamuri Mokshagna Teja in films, but that he will direct his debut film.
Balakrishna is setting a way to his son a grand note. He said “A sequel to Aditya 369 is getting ready. I and my son Mokshagna will star in it. It marks his acting debut. The film has two good characters for both of us. They are not father-son characters but got a treatment of a similar kind. It’s a story developed by me. Singeetam Srinivasa Rao suggested that I should direct it. Otherwise, he was supposed to direct it as he made Aditya 369. The movie has a subject that has never been seen before on the big screen.”
He aslo likely to confirm the title “Aditya 999” for the sequel. He shared this news on his talk show Unstoppable season 2 currently streaming on AHA platform. Also he stated that he is last stage of scripting works .
Aditya 369 hit screens in 1991 and was directed by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao. It was the first time-travel film for Tollywood and Balakrishna had played the lead role in the film. After completing 30 years of its release, this time traveller story is getting sequel.Further details are awaited.
