South Lady Superstar, Nayanthara is reportedly unhappy with her character’s reduced screen time in the block buster hit film ‘Jawan’ and Deepika Paukone’s cameo being elevated.
Shah Rukh Khan also expressed his admiration for Nayanthara’s single mom storyline. There were rumours that Nayanthara might not do Bollywood projects due to this snub, but she has reportedly denied these rumours and may take legal action against those spreading them.
In a recent Twitter interaction with fans, King Khan reacted to a fan tweet: -I loved Azad’s bond with Suji, and the single mom storyline was so subtly done and really refreshing. Thank you for representing women from all walks of life. Love you, Shah @iamsrk #AskSRK #Jawan. To this tweet, SRK replied, “I also felt that the story of Narmada as a single mom was amazing. Unfortunately, in the scheme of things, I couldn’t find more screen time, but as is, it was also wonderful”. Love Jawan.
According to reports, Nayanthara is unhappy with her character Narmada’s screen time in Atlee’s Jawan’s being chopped off. The report also stated that the South Star was upset with Deepika Padukone’s cameo being elevated in the film.
