Natalie Portman, Oscar winner, on playing John F. Kennedy in May-December!

Natalie Portman, who will be seen in Netflix’s upcoming film May December, explained why she was terrified of playing Jackie Kennedy in her biopic.

Natalie played Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy in the critically acclaimed film Jackie, and she admired the former first lady for her courage throughout her life. In a recent interview, however, the actress revealed that she was terrified and believed this would be her “biggest fail.”

In a recent interview with Collider, the actress discussed her upcoming Netflix film, May-December. When asked about the role that made her nervous, Natalie Portman said, “Jackie was especially scary for me because it was a real, very well-known person.” “So I thought, ‘Oh boy if this is a fail, it’s the biggest fail because everyone will recognize it.'”

The film was set in the days after the assassination and revolved around the interview that forced Jacqueline Kennedy to reflect on her life with the 35th President of the United States.

Todd Hayne’s dark melodrama ‘May December’ is based on the story of Mary Kay Letourneau, who shook the nation. The film features Oscar-winning actresses Natalie Portman and Julianne Morrone in the lead roles. The film is set to premier on Netflix.
