Narappa will be released theatrically for a day on the 13th of December 2022, on the famous actor Venkatesh‘s birthday. It was released on the OTT platforms previously in 2021. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the theatrical release did not take place. Narappa got an insane amount of love from the fans on Amazon Prime. It is pretty sure that fans will watch and enjoy the movie in the theatres even after its release on the OTT platform.
Narappa is a Telugu period-action drama directed by Srikanth Addala and produced by D. Suresh Babu and Kalaipuli S. Thanu under their respective banners Suresh Productions and V Creations. It is a remake of Vetrimaaran‘s Tamil film Asuran based on the novel Vekkai by Poomani. The movie supremely casts Venkatesh, Priyamani and Karthik Rathnam as the star cast.
