Nani’s ‘Dasara’ has been making waves at the box office with its outstanding success, crossing the milestone of 85 crores Gross worldwide. The movie has garnered immense praise for its gripping storyline, stunning visuals, and powerful performances. Overwhelmed by the love and admiration received from audiences, Nani recently spoke to the media about the film.
Nani expressed his satisfaction with the positive response from viewers who have seen the film and said, “I am pleased that people who haven’t spoken to me for a long time are now sending me emotional messages”. However, he said that he is not satisfied as an actor yet with Dasara and believes that satisfaction can lead to laziness. He added, he should not be satisfied with any film but rather strive to continually improve his craft.
Nani stated that he gained valuable insights into the Telangana culture including Batukamma during the making of the movie, leading to its widespread appeal in other languages. ‘The film’s portrayal of Bhoota Kola in Karnataka has earned its recognition through Kantara across the country. I believe that when we get the opportunity to share our culture, we should take it to everyone, the actor stated.
Coming back to the film, ‘Dasara’ has been released in 5 languages including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada. The movie also stars Keerthy Suresh, Shine Tom Chacko, and Sai Kumar in crucial roles.
