Dasara starring Nani and Keerthy Suresh hit the theatres on 30th March 2023. The film is directed and written by Srikanth Odela and was already regarded as a blockbuster before its release. The film also features Samuthirakani, Jhansi, and P.Sai Kumar in crucial roles. Dasara was reported to be a Pan- Indian film and was released yesterday worldwide and was well-received by both critics and audiences. Dasara is reported to have made more than many films that released recently.
Dasara is reported to have made 6.78 crores alone in Telangana emerging 1st in recent Tollywood releases. This Nani-starrer film stands first in the top-grossing films leaving Walter Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy behind. Veera Simha Reddy starring Balakrishna has made around 6.21 crores while Walter Veerayya is reported to have made around 6.10 crores. Dasara takes the first position leaving Veera Simha Reddy in the 2nd place and Walteir Veerayya in the 3rd.
Dasara’s first-day collections were no surprise, fans anticipated the film to be a blockbuster but didn’t expect it to be the top-grossing film. The question is will it keep going like it is right now or will it not?
