Dasara film which is directed by Srikanth Odela starring Nani, Keerthy Suresh, and Dheekshith Shetty. The film is set in the backdrop of Singareni coal mines near Godavarikhani of Telangana. Nani got all the praise for his acting. Srikanth also got good appraisals as this is the first film he directed. Director Rajamouli too tweeted appreciating the film.
The film collected a gross of Rs 87 crores in its first-weekend run. It is collecting well overseas also. Till now, none of Nani’s movies crossed $2M overseas. Dasara grossed $1,708,858 so far in the USA. This means Nani is all set to join the $2M club at the most by coming Saturday. This is the first movie of Nani to get these high collections.
The other Tollywood heroes’ films that crossed $2M overseas are Prabhas’s and Mahesh Babu’s four films, NTR and Chiranjeevi’s three films; Ram Charan’s, Allu Arjun’s, Pawan Kalyan’s and Varun Tej’s two films; Vijay Devarakonda’s, Nithiin’s and Venaktesh’s one film. Dasara film is going to be the big hit of all time in Nani’s career.
