Nani’s next flick is Dasara. Its director Srikanth Odela is a relative newcomer on the blocks. The first look indicated that Nani will be seen in a never-before rugged avatar. The star was able to do this kind of variety of roles because he is one of those actors who provide chances regularly to new talented directors. Right now, there is a talk in the industry that Nani has given a green signal to another director who is just two films old.
Venkatesh Maha, the director of C/o Kancharapalem and Umamaheswara Ugrarupasya might be making his next project with Nani if the reports are to be believed. Sources say that Maha has narrated a very different kind of script to Nani, to which the latter was mightily impressed. As Dasara is his 29th film, the actor seems to be almost determined to make Venkatesh Maha’s movie his 30th. The announcement will be done as soon as the final script is locked, says the sources. As Maha’s movies are always closer to reality, one can expect a real feel-good film from this combo.
