Anushka Shetty after a long gap returns with a slice-of-life drama with Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty. Starring Naveen Polishetty, the teaser of the film was dropped on April 29 and it marks Anushka’s return to the silver screen after a hiatus. The film will see Anushka play the role of a chef. The 1:02 minute long teaser released a few days back promises a feel-good drama.
The movie was postponed for a while before due to the pandemic and unforeseen reasons.
Meanwhile, the latest news is that the makers initially planned to release the film on May 26th but due to a lot of post production pending, It’s heard that the film is not releasing on 26 May. Reportedly, makers are looking at an alternative release date in June or July.
The film revolves around the life of a single woman who meets standup comedian Naveen in hilarious circumstances. Their equation is the highlight of this rom-com.
The movie is directed by Mahesh Babu P, and produced by the banner UV Creations. Along with Anushka Shetty and Naveen Polishetty, the project also features senior actors like Jayasudha, Murali Sharma, and many others in important roles. The songs and original score for the project were composed by Radhan.
