Ming-Na Wen Immortalized with Coveted Hollywood Walk of Fame Honor

Ming-Na Wen, of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and The Mandalorian fame, will be honored at the Hollywood Walk of Fame. 

According to reports, the actress will be honored with her own star at the end of the month. The ceremony is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. PT at 6840 Hollywood Boulevard, adjacent to the El Capitan Theatre. The star will be awarded the 2,757th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. 

“Ming-Na Wen has had quite an iconic career! As Mulan, she inspired women everywhere to embrace their inner warrior.” said Ana Martinez, Producer of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. “She has always been a supporter of and has always believed in lifting female artists especially women of color and we’re excited that we’re able to recognize her achievements on the Hollywood Walk of Fame”

She is set honored in the category of Television. Emcee Steve Nissen will be joined by actresses Tamlyn Tomita, Lauren Tom, and Rosalind Chao for the unveiling of the star. 

The actress can currently be seen in The Mandalorian as Fennec Shand. Wen reprises the role and stars opposite Temuera Morrison in their own Disney+ series “The Book of Boba Fett”. She also voices Fong Wing in HBO Max’s upcoming “Gremlins: Secrets of Mogwai”.
