Megastar Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan’s starrer Acharya were released with massive expectations. With Chiranjeevi in a mass avatar after a long time and Ram Charan fresh off the success of RRR, the film had a lot of positives from the start.
However, Acharya turned out to be the biggest shocker in the career of Megastar Chiranjeevi. On multiple occasions, Chiranjeevi has directly or indirectly blamed director Koratala Siva for the failure of the film.
Even during the recent Waltair Veeraya and Godfather success meets, Chiru tried to take a dig at Koratala. He said that filmmaking is a collective effort and when all people contribute equally then only the film will turn out to be a blockbuster.
Even people on social media thought that Chiranjeevi should stop blaming Koratala for Acharya and move on. Meanwhile, at those times, a few fans shared a Superstar Mahesh Babu video in which he said a film flop is his responsibility and the director should not be blamed. Sharing it, movie buffs blamed Chiru for his words on a director.
Later, recently, Nani during his latest movie Dasara‘s promotions stated the same as Mahesh said. He stated that he is not the kind of hero who takes success but throws failures at directors. Now, following Mahesh and Nani, even Allari Naresh’s statement in a recent interview was the same. He said that the actor becomes a real hero when he could digest a flop and can take responsibility without throwing it on the director.
Looking into all these heroes’ statements, few netizens are commenting that it is clear that the young heroes are thinking with a broad mind, Megastar with a narrow mind thrown all the tantrums on Koratala from his Acharya film.
