Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram marks the third collaboration for the Superstar and Trivikram is a known fact. So far the shooting part is almost done. The movie is set to hit the screens for Sankranti 2024. At first, Thaman was roped into the film for scoring tunes. He already gave a mass beat for the released glimpse.
But from the beginning of this project, Mahesh was not so interested in C’s tunes and he wanted to change him. On the other hand, Thaman is getting trolled for his tunes which were copied from other songs or albums already there. Mahesh Babu wants to rope Kollywood star music director Anirudh as he is impressing everyone with his previous works.
Now, there are many speculations riding on the social media platforms, that Thaman is officially out of this Guntur Kaaram and Anirudh replaced him. But, already Anirudh had a huge line-up in his hand currently. Still, there are many questions about this sudden change in music director. However, the news about Mahesh Babu’s preference for Anirudh as the music director has taken the excitement to a whole new level.
Fans are eagerly waiting for what the Superstar has in store for them with Guntur Kaaram. Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead role opposite Mahesh in this film. The film did an extraordinary business before completing its full shoot. Netflix bagged digital and post-theatrical rights for 81 crores approximately and Lahari Music bought the audio rights for 20 crores.
