Superstar Mahesh Babu and Rebel Star Prabhas are all set to lock their horns for the summer of 2023. As per the Tollywood sources, SSMB28 and Salaar might not finish shooting soon so they will be in the race for Summer releases next year. Mahesh has already scored a hit with his summer release Sarkaru Vari Pata this year. Prabhas has disappointed fans with his Radhe Shyam, which has huge hype. Now, darling will wish to correct the scores of summer in the next year.
SSMB 28, the tentative title of Mahesh and Trivikram’s film, didn’t start the shoot yet. Even though the film was announced a long ago, Mahesh seems to be not at all interested in the project and is enjoying a very long vacation. There have been many rumors regarding this film. If recent reports are to be believed, Mahesh asked Trivikram to change a few things in the script which he didn’t like. After this shoot, Mahesh will move on to SS Rajamouli’s film, which might take another year or two to make.
On the other hand, Prabhas’s Salaar is being made on a humongous budget by the Hombale films, the production house of the KGF series. Prashant Neel is said to be showing Prabhas in a never-before rugged avatar, and the action sequences will provide the cinephiles with a new experience, says the inside sources. Shruti Hassan and Jagapathi Babu will be seen alongside Prabhas in this mass action entertainer.
