A Musical evening underway for Maamannan. Makers of the movie took to twitter about the audio launch of the movie to happen this Thursday that is on June 1. Promising to be bigger and grander, event is holding live song performances from the film. Maamannan makers will be releasing both trailer and audio launch on June 1st. Music composed by AR Rahman has already released two singles which were received well by the audience.

Maamanan is a political thriller directed by Mari Selvaraj starring Udayanidhi Stalin as the main lead. Tamil senior actor Vadivelu will be seen playing as the father of the actor and politician in the film. His role is said to be a crucial element in the film and director talking about the actor said, it’ll be a serious never seen role in Vadivelu’s career. Fahadh Faasil is playing antagonist in this political thriller.
After this movie, Faahadh is busy with his projects until next year while Maamanan will be Udayanidhi Stalin’s last film as he left film industry after becoming Tamil Nadu minister to serve people. Director Mari Selvaraj will start shooting for his next project with Dhruv Vikram. Maamannan has wrapped with post productions and set to hit theatres in the last week of June.
